come on get happy!
One thing that makes me happy is seeing modern houses. In Cincinnati they are like snowflakes – no two are alike. By far, the best way to see modern houses in Cincinnati (in person- not just gawking at them here ?) is by joining cf3. It’s the coolest low key group in town. We’re just a bunch of modern enthusiasts from all backgrounds who love modern. Education and preservation initiatives are very important, but our most popular events are our ‘Coffee Chats.’ Join cf3 for a nominal fee and attend our (usually) monthly get-togethers at modern homes around town. They are most often on Saturday mornings, 10 -12, in an open house format. You just show up, have some coffee and treats, oogle the eye candy, and mingle with other cf3 members.
Looking for a reason to join cf3? This month’s coffee chat is actually this Saturday, October 23, 10-12 at Benjamin Dombar’s masterpiece, ‘Good Living.’ The house happens to be on the market, so you can hit the link to the left for more information. But don’t worry if you are not in the market – if you like modern, you owe it to yourself to see this house in person. All you have to do is hit this link to join cf3, and show up. Only $25 for a year’s worth of happiness? That’s priceless!
