Carl Strauss [1912 – 2002]  and Ray Roush [1920 – 2007]

The practice of Carl Strauss and Ray Roush is often credited with bringing modernism to Cincinnati.  They designed more than 100 high profile structures in Cincinnati and mentored many young architects that went on to become iconic designers & teachers in their own right (Michael Graves, David Niland, Alex Christoforidis, etc.).
