The status of the Ray Roush House has changed – AGAIN!  Our buyers have been transferred out of town mid transaction and are going to have to back out of the deal.  THE HOUSE IS AVAILABLE!  In order to get this house for the incredible steal of $135, 000, you must be a ready buyer.  And by this we mean pre approved by a lender, no house to sell, and no contingencies.  Our previous buyers spent probably $1000 on inspections, so we know the exact condition of the house and what it needs.  PLEASE if you are interested in this house, contact us asap before a developer gets a hold of it and tears it down – or worse.  IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED, PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD – AGAIN!  Thank you, Modern Community!
